Our Full-Service package is ideal for couples who are in the beginning stages of the planning process and wants to be involved but perhaps don’t have the time to commit to managing the multitude of details or simply don't know where to begin. Our guided, seamless, process will allow you to enjoy the planning from beginning to end and create a memorable event that reflects your personality, style, and story while making sure no detail is missed!
PARTIAL PLANNING Package
Our Custom package is ideal for couples who perhaps have the time to plan and secure some of their main vendors, but need help figuring out the design and how to bring their vision to life in a cohesive plan. On your wedding day, we’ll be your direct line of communication for vendors, the wedding party, family and guests. We will conduct the ceremony and reception according to the plans and specifications. Our team will coordinate with your vendors for set up and take down according to the timeline we develop.
THE ESSENTIALS Package
Our Event Management package is ideal for a couple who has secured all of their vendors, decor and planned most details, and wishes to hire a professional to come in and tie up loose ends and handle the logistics and vendor communication leading up to the wedding! This package also include a one hour initial consultation at the beginning of planning.

A Wedding Planner (like Alpenglow Events) works exclusively for you—not the venue. We manage every detail of your wedding from start to finish: vendor sourcing, design, timelines, budget, logistics, rehearsals, and more. We’re with you throughout the entire planning process and on the day of your wedding to ensure your vision is executed flawlessly.
A Venue Event Manager represents the venue. Their role typically includes managing what the venue provides—like the space, in-house catering, or furniture—and ensuring the venue’s policies are followed. They usually don’t coordinate outside vendors, create full timelines, or provide personalized planning services.
Both roles are important, but only a dedicated Wedding Planner ensures every aspect of your day is seamless, cohesive, and centered on you.

We are based in Crested Butte, Colorado, and specialize in planning luxury events all over the world. We regularly service the Colorado mountain regions—including Crested Butte, Aspen, Telluride, Vail, Lake City, and beyond. We also plan beach destination weddings and offer full-service support for weddings across the U.S. and worldwide. Whether you're envisioning a mountaintop ceremony or a barefoot celebration on the beach, we’re ready to bring your dream to life—wherever it takes you.

We keep our travel fees simple and transparent. There are no travel charges for weddings in the Crested Butte and Gunnison area. For weddings elsewhere in Colorado, we do not charge for mileage or travel time, but we kindly ask for reimbursement of basic accommodations. For weddings outside of Colorado, we charge only for flights and accommodations, with no added travel fees. We’re always happy to provide an estimate upfront based on your wedding location.

Yes, absolutely. We bring as many team members as your wedding day requires—whether it’s an intimate elopement or a large-scale celebration. The number of staff members needed is determined during your initial consultation and is already factored into your package price, so there are no surprise fees later on.
